Talk about a trainer implementing feedback, reinforcement and motivation. Thiagi does it all. And teaches other trainers to do the same. Sivasailam Thiagarajan or "Thiagi " as he's commonly called offers training material, instructional design information, team building games and a free newsletter "Play for Performance".

Thiagi's mission is "to improve human performance effectively, efficiently, enjoyably, and ethically.…to take serious things lightly and to take light things seriously." Trainers can get a wealth of information on improving training goals, motivating learners and reinforcing learning objectives. The web site offers several of Thiagi's books, training materials and games he's created to keep learning exciting.
