The Importance of Feedback, Reinforcement, and Motivational Incentives

The Bob Pike Group.com

The Bob Pike Group is a train-the-trainer web site offering training advice and materials for individuals and businesses. Bob Pike has been a training consultant since 1969. His web site offers several of Bob's articles on increasing learning transfer, conditions for performance and help if a non-trainer is called on to train. There is a free newsletter with additional information (it does require registration). You can see where Bob and his staff will be speaking and read outlines of his seminars (often just reading his outlines are highly helpful).

Bob Pike is highly involved with the ASTD, speaking at conferences, serving on the Board of Directors several times and serving as the Director for SIGs. He has conducted ASTD seminars for over 2,500 attendees.
